20 Bible Verses To Bless The Building Of Your House

Having a new house gives you an endless list of things you must buy from furniture to cleaning supplies. As a Christian, I believe it is equally important to make it a home where God’s blessing and divine intervention is welcome. Here’s is a list of bible verses to bless the building of your house from ground up.

“God is the first object of our love: Its next office is, to bear the defects of others. And we should begin the practice of this amidst our own household.”

John Wesley

Every family needs a house to shelter us from the vastness of the sky. But the foundation of the family lies not only on the four corners of the wall but on the love and faith that each member shares. To make this foundation stronger and weather any storm, let God do the groundwork.

It is our ultimate goal to buy our own house. Married and renting for 11 years, and with our growing kids, we feel that God is faithful and will make our baskets full to make this dream come to life. As we go through this complicated process of buying a house, the top of our list is really to make it a home where God is in control so we can age according to his likeness.

So with that said, I am sharing my favorite list of bible verses to remind us of God’s abundance and faithfulness. This list is also perfect if you need bible verses to bless your house.

For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything.

Matthew 7:24-25
